RULEMAKING ON THE SMALL OFF-ROAD EXHAUST AND
EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS CONTROL REGULATIONS

(September 25, 2003 Hearing)

FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION
On August 18, 2005, OAL approved pursuant to title 1, CCR, section 100 a "change without regulatory effect" to the evaporative emissions standards table in title 13, CCR, section 2756. This table is shown on p. 9 of the Final Regulation Order (Part 1). As originally approved by OAL on September 20, 2004, the body of the standards table showed footnote 4, but the text of the footnote was unintentionally omitted from the notes following the table. The change adds the text of the footnote. The file accessible below reflects the change as approved by OAL

The final package was filed with OAL on August 6, 2004. OAL approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on September 20, 2004. The regulation will become effective on October 20, 2004.
The version of the Final Regulation Order approved by OAL reflects a few nonsubstantial modifications to the version submitted to OAL August 6, 2004. These modifications are described in the memorandum listed below:
  • September 17, 2004 Memorandum to OAL (PDF - 26K)

  • Final Regulation Order (Part 1): Revised to reflect change without regulatory effect to table in 13 CCR section 2756 (PDF - 183K)
