FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION |
The new regulation requiring the labeling of retail pumps dispensing gasoline containing MTBE was approved by OAL and filed with the Secretary of State on November 16, 1999. The regulation became effective on December 16, 1999. |
The amendment eliminating the requirement for wintertime oxygenated gasoline in the Lake Tahoe Air Basin was approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) September 8, 1999 and became effective on that date. |
