| The LEV II and CAP 2000 regulations were approved by OAL on October 28,
1999, and were filed with the Secretary of State on the same date. They became effective on November 27, 1999.
The regulations approved by OAL reflect a few nonsubstantial modifications to the version submitted to OAL
September 17. These modifications are described in the memorandum listed below. "Clean" versions
of the LEV regulations and Test Procedures reflecting the LEV II and CAP 2000 amendments have been posted
on the Low Emission Vehicle Program page. |
