RULEMAKING ON CLEAN FUELS

(July 22, 1999 HEARING)

The final rulemaking package was filed with OAL on June 1, 2000. OAL disapproved the package on July 13, 2000. As a result, ARB has released a Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text (located below, under Hearing Action and Supplemental 15-Day Notices). The ARB filed a resubmittal package to OAL on November 9, 2000. OAL approved the resubmittal package on December 8, 2000. The regulation became effective on January 8, 2001.
