New or expanded zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) technology workforce training and development programs and training curricula within California adult education and vocational schools.

California-based, accredited, non-profit adult education or vocational school institutions, and other California-based non-profit education and workforce training entities.

How does this program provide benefits to priority populations?
The project directly supports the unique needs of priority populations and benefits accredited adult education and vocational school training programs in or serving Assembly Bill 1550 low-income and Senate Bill 535 priority populations by providing workforce and job training, skill development, and professional development to allow for clean transportation job readiness and placement.
How do I access funds?
Eligible entities may apply through a competitive statewide solicitation. CARB staff closed the solicitation on October 27, 2023.
