What's New List Serve Post Display

The use of ARB’s website has reached the network capacity during
the last couple of months, slowing down DMS navigation and
uploading of documents.  ARB’s Office of Information Services is
working to upgrade the network infrastructure.  It is anticipated
that improvement in DMS response time will occur by the middle of
January 2008.  In the meantime, I recommend using the DMS system
during off peak hours, which is typically before 9 am or after 4
pm PST during the week.
