harp -- New HARP Emission Inventory Module V2.0.7

California Air Resources Board has released updated software to the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software suite. HARP Emission Inventory Module V2.0.7 is now available for download at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/eim.htm. Changes made in this version include: 1. Fixed an intermittent issue with importing a transaction file. 2. Updated the user database to fix an issue related to exporting blank fields saved in the data entry windows. 3. Added matching database field labels in data entry windows. When users open a project created prior to this version in EIM V2.0.7, users will be prompted to upgrade the databases. Just follow the onscreen instructions, HARP will automatically upgrade the databases. Note: Please uninstall the older version software before installing the above software. Although uninstalling HARP software would only remove HARP program files, we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the software to prevent accidental data loss.
