The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted the
presentations and other documents for the Low Carbon Fuel
Standard (LCFS) workshop to be held on March 8, 2016. At this
workshop, staff will provide an update on the status of pathway
application processing, discuss changes to the Alternative Fuel
Portal and provide guidance on LCFS reporting requirements.
Staff will also solicit feedback on proposed new reports, graphs
and metrics designed to improve transparency of LCFS program
performance, and will present developments in the proposal to
implement mandatory third-party fuel pathway monitoring and
verification within the program.

The presentations can be found at:

The LCFS, a regulation to reduce the carbon intensity of fuels
sold in California ten percent by 2020, is one of the measures
adopted by ARB, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections
38500-38599 (AB 32) to reduce California’s greenhouse gas
emissions. It is designed to help clean the air, protect the
environment, and drive the development of clean, low-carbon
fuels.

California is in a drought emergency.
