The Action Plan will include specific recommendations, actions, investments, and milestones agencies can consider to develop and begin building a sustainable freight transportation system that will demonstrate California’s private and public leadership in advancing national freight priorities, objectives, and goals, and accomplishing statewide goals, such as the targets identified in the Executive Order.
