The registration and reporting period for registering small
facilities and reporting 2015 records is open for registration
and filing your Annual Report and paying your Annual
Implementation Fees.

The Refrigerant Management Program requires that all facilities
whose largest refrigeration system is a Small system, those
containing more than 50 lbs., but less than 200 lbs. are required
to register by March 1, 2016. Small facilities are not required
to file an Annual Report or pay the Annual Implementation Fee.

Facilities with large and medium refrigeration systems, those
with 200 pounds of refrigerant or more, submit their next Annual
Report by March 1, 2016 for their 2015 calendar year
refrigeration system leak inspections, leak repairs, and other
system servicing. The payment of the Annual Implementation Fee
is also due by March 1 for both the large and medium facilities.

Refrigerant distributors, wholesalers, and reclaimers are also
required to submit an Annual Report by March 1, 2016 for their
2015 statewide aggregated annual refrigerant sales, transactions,
