Today, the Air Resources Board (ARB) released for public review and comment, a white paper entitled “Staff’s Preliminary Assessment of the Need for Clarification for the Reporting of Covered Product Data for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems”. The purpose of this white paper is to solicit additional information from reporters on how entities in the petroleum and natural gas production and processing sector (North American Industry Classification System codes 211111 and 211112) are defining, reporting, and metering covered product data.
