What's New List Serve Post Display

As previously noticed, Air Resources Board (ARB) staff will hold
a public workshop on October 2, 2015, to discuss the scope and
regulatory schedule for potential amendments to the Cap-and-Trade
Regulation and California’s plan for compliance with the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan (issued under
section 111(d) of the federal Clean Air Act). The original

In preparing for this workshop, please be advised that, at 12:00
pm (noon) on Monday, September 28, 2015, ARB will post a white
paper to present initial discussion points for the Clean Power
Plan portion of the workshop at

Presentation slides for the Cap-and-Trade Regulation amendments
portion of this workshop will be posted at 8:00 am on October 2,

for this October 2 workshop.  Audio equipment carrying live

check out by any member of the public.
