The California Air Resources Board has posted the Third 15-day
Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text relating to the
Low-Emission Vehicle III (LEV III) Criteria Pollutant
Requirements for Light- and Medium-Duty Vehicles, the Hybrid
Electric Vehicle Test Procedures, and the Heavy-Duty Otto-Cycle
and Heavy-Duty Diesel Test Procedures.
The notice, proposed modifications, additional
documents/information, and all previously released regulatory
documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this
rulemaking at:

SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS
The proposed third 15-day modifications are open for comment
until August 21, 2015.
Written comments will be accepted only on the additions
identified in this notice and may be submitted by postal mail or
