On June 29, 2015, the Air Resources Board (ARB) renewed Executive Order (EO) VR-401-E, OPW Phase I Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) System For Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST). EO VR-401-E and the ARB Approved Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual have been uploaded to the Vapor Recovery page, found here: http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/vapor.htm.
