The California Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-day
Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability
of Additional Documents for the Amendments to the Low-Emission
Vehicle (LEV III) Criteria Pollutant Requirements for Light- and
Medium-Duty Vehicles, the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Test
Procedures, and the Heavy-Duty Otto-Cycle and Heavy-Duty Diesel
Test Procedures. 

The Second 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications,
additional documents/information, and all previously released
regulatory documents are available on the ARB’s website below for
this rulemaking at:

SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS

The proposed second 15-day modifications are open for comment
until June 24, 2015.

Written comments will only be accepted on the modifications
identified in this notice and its attachment, other contents of
the notice, and the additional documents added to the rulemaking
record.  Written comments may be submitted by postal mail or
electronic mail submittal as follows:
