The staff of the Air Resources Board recently sent a letter to California air districts informing each Air Pollution Control or Executive Officer of January 1, 2008, compliance requirements contained in the Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Stationary Compression Ignition Engines (ATCM). The upcoming compliance date applies to stationary emergency standby diesel-fueled compression ignition engines enrolled in Demand Response Programs.
