The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted the presentation material for the March 4, 2015, public workshop to discuss proposed changes to the Vapor Recovery Equipment Defect (VRED) List. This is referred to as the VRED List. The law also requires the Executive Officer to review the list at a public workshop, once every three years and to update the list, if necessary. The current VRED List was last updated in 2012.
