The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Amendments to the Lev III Criteria Pollutant Requirements for Light- and Medium-Duty Vehicles, the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Test Procedures, and the Heavy-Duty Otto-Cycle and Heavy-Duty Diesel Test Procedures. The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications, additional documents/information, and all previously released regulatory documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this rulemaking at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2014/leviii2014/leviii2014.htm SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS The proposed 15-day modifications and Additional Document are open for comment until January 12, 2015.
