Air Resources Board staff will be conducting workshops on July 21-23 to discuss proposed regulatory amendments for aboveground storage tanks (AST) and enhanced conventional (ECO) nozzles. Draft regulatory language that will be discussed at the workshops is now available at http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/vapor.htm.
