The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed
Amendments to the Regulation to Reduce Emissions of Diesel
Particulate Matter, Oxides of Nitrogen, and other Criteria
Pollutants from In-Use On-Road Diesel-Fueled Vehicles (Truck and
Bus Regulation). 

The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day modifications, additional
documents/information, and all previously released regulatory
documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this
rulemaking at:

SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS

The proposed 15-day Modifications are open for comment until 5:00
p.m., July 17, 2014.

Written comments will only be accepted on the modifications
identified in this notice and may be submitted by postal mail or
electronic mail submittal as follows:
