arbcombo -- Public Workshops for the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Refinery/Crude Oil Provisions and Reporting/Enforcement Provisions

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in two public workshops regarding the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) on Friday, April 18, 2014. The purpose of the first public workshop will be to discuss refinery and crude oil provisions. Staff will discuss technical details of the proposed low-complexity/low-energy-use refinery provision, as well as the proposed refinery investment provision. Staff will also discuss draft regulation language and default calculations for innovative crude oil production. The purpose of the second public workshop will be to discuss proposed reporting and recordkeeping requirements, LCFS credit provisions, and enforcement provisions. Staff will solicit stakeholder feedback during both workshops.
