zev-program -- Notice of Postponement of ZEV Rulemaking Action

This notice is to inform you that the staff of the Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) plans to take additional time to develop proposed amendments to the ZEV regulation. Staff originally committed to bring the amendments to the Board by the end of 2007. Consideration of the amendments is now postponed to the February 28-29, 2008 Board hearing. The ARB will post a "Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of the 2008 Proposed Amendments to the California Zero Emission Vehicle Program Regulations" to the Zero Emission Vehicle Program web page (http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/zevprog/zevprog.htm) once the item has been formally scheduled.
