The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Document and Modified Text for Amendments to Certification and Test Procedures for Vapor Recovery Systems at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDF) and Cargo Tanks. The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications, additional documents, and all previously released regulatory documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this rulemaking at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2013/cargo2013/cargo2013.htm SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS The proposed 15-day modifications and Additional Document are open for comment until March 18, 2014.
