The Air Resources Board (ARB) has approved an update to the Miratech CombiKat® CBS Particulate Trap stationary verification to replace the exhaust backpressure monitor with a diesel particulate filter monitoring system. The updated Executive Order for the Miratech CombiKat® CBS Particulate Trap stationary verification is available on our website below: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/verdev/vt/stationary.htm The Regulation for the Verification Procedure for In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines was created and adopted by our Board on May 16, 2002. The goal of the Verification Procedure is to ensure that verified systems produce emissions reductions consistent with the verification level and that they are durable and compatible with various engines and applications. Additional information on the regulation is available at the following link: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/verdev/verdev.htm If you have any questions regarding this verification, please contact John Lee at 916.327.5975 or via e-mail at jlee@arb.ca.gov.
