ARB and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) staff will be conducting outreach at four locations in Southern California on November 6 and 7, 2013. These sessions will cover Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) for Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDF) and SCAQMD permitting and enforcement requirements.
