The Air Resources Board will conduct a public hearing to consider proposed greenhouse gas (GHG) regulations for medium- and heavy-duty engines and vehicles, optional reduced emission standards for heavy-duty engines, and amendments to the tractor-trailer GHG regulation, diesel-fueled commercial motor vehicle idling rule, and the heavy-duty hybrid-electric vehicles certification procedures. The public comment period for this regulatory action will begin on October 28, 2013.
