obdprog -- OBD Final Rulemaking Package approved by OAL

The OBD Final Rulemaking Package have been approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on July 31, 2013 and became effective the same day. This package is related to the 2012 OBD rulemaking item (Board Hearing August 23, 2012) involving the OBD II and HD OBD regulations (sections 1968.2, 1968.5, 1971.1, and 1971.5 of title 13, California Code of Regulations).
