This document is intended to promote discussion, and the topic is on the agenda for the May 24, 2013, LCFS Workshop. The discussion paper can be found at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/fuels/lcfs/regamend13/20130522ccp_conceptpaper.pdf Additional information about the May 24, 2013, LCFS Workshop is available at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/fuels/lcfs/lcfs_meetings/051313_lcfs_rulemaking_workshop_notice_agenda.pdf If you have any questions regarding this document, please contact Ms. Michelle Buffington, Air Pollution Specialist, at (916) 324-0368 or via email at mbuffing@arb.ca.gov. The Low Carbon Fuel Standard, a regulation to reduce the carbon intensity of fuels sold in California ten percent by 2020, is one of the measures adopted by ARB, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 38500-38599 (AB 32) to reduce greenhouse gases in California.
