The Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-Day Notice of
Public Availability of Modified Text for the Amendments to the
Vapor Recovery Certification and Test Procedures for Underground
and Aboveground Storage Tanks including Gasoline Dispensing
Facility Hose Regulation.  

The document and the associated formal regulatory materials can

The modifications are open for public comment until November 13,
2012.
