ARB is holding an auction participant training webinar on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time, as originally noticed in Attachment A of the September 14th Auction Notice. The webinar will be open to anyone interested in participating in the November 14, 2012 auction. Due to the level of interest, the auction participant training will now also include the material presented during the October 4, 2012, GHG Allowance Auction Bidders’ Conference on the auction format, procedures, and requirements, as well as the auction application process in the Auction Platform. The first two hours of the training webinar will cover the bidders’ conference and participant training material on the auction application process. We will reserve the last hour to answer questions submitted as a result of the bidders’ conference as well as any additional questions submitted during the training webinar.
