The California Air Resources Board has posted the Second 15-Day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text, and Modified Text for the Proposed Amendments to the Airborne Toxic Control Measure for In-Use Diesel-Fueled Transport Refrigeration Units and TRU Generator Sets, and Facilities where TRUs Operate.
