The Final Rulemaking Package documents for the OBD II and emission warranty regulations have been made available. Links to the Final Rulemaking Package for the OBD II and emission warranty regulations have been posted to the OBD II website at the address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/obdprog/obdregs.htm The Final Rulemaking Package includes the final regulation orders for the OBD II and emission warranty regulations, sections 1968.2, 1968.5, 2035, 2037, and 2038 of title 13, California Code of Regulations. Please note that these regulations have not been officially approved by the Office of Administrative Law, which has until September 24, 2007 to make a determination.
