The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text and Modified Text for the
AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation. The regulatory
documents for this rulemaking, including the 15-day notice and
modified regulation text are available online at the following

The modified text is open for public comment until April 17,
2012.
