Draft Heavy-Duty Hybrid document related to the March 28, 2012 OBD workshop has been added to the OBD website. Air Resources Board (ARB) staff will hold a public workshop in El Monte, CA, on March 28, 2012, to discuss proposed amendments to the heavy-duty OBD and medium-duty OBD II regulations.
