ARB will be conducting both introductory and advanced training on
the Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) and the
Portable Engine ATCM.

Course #302 Introduction to PERP and the Portable Engine ATCM
This one day course is designed for both regulators and the
public and is designed to provide information on the following:
1) what is PERP, 2) eligibility requirements for both engines and
equipment units, 3) PERP requirements – identification,
notification bookkeeping, etc., 4) ATCM requirements, 5) PERP and
ATCM compliance.

Course #303 Advance PERP regulation Review
In addition to presenting the current
requirements of both regulations, this half-day class for
experienced PERP professionals, will contain some discussion of
the recent amendments to both regulations. Local Air District
staff will be on hand to discuss local enforcement and Carl
Moyer
funding opportunities.
