Posted: 21 Sep 2011 13:00:37
The Air Resources Board (ARB) has extended the comment period for submitting comments on the materials presented and discussed by ARB staff and consultants at the September 14, 2011 (morning) workshop. These materials related to developments in land-use change analysis (LUC) for the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS). At that workshop, ARB staff had asked for comments on the materials presented related to LUC analysis for corn ethanol, sugarcane ethanol, and soybean biodiesel by September 28th. At the request of several stakeholders, staff has extended the comment period an additional week for the LUC analysis and related materials discussed at the workshop. Please note that comments related to the other proposed LCFS amendments discussed in the afternoon workshop on September 14th are still due by September 28th. If you have any comments or questions related to the extension, please contact Mr. John Courtis at jcourtis@arb.ca.gov or via telephone at (916) 323-2661. If you have any comments or questions related to other proposed LCFS amendments, please contact Ms. Aubrey Sideco at asideco@arb.ca.gov or via telephone at (916) 324-3334.
