The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted five
documents for the September 14, 2011, LCFS public workshop to
discuss draft revisions of land use change carbon intensity
values for US corn ethanol, US soy biodiesel, and Brazilian
sugarcane ethanol. These documents include a report on empirical
evidence for crop yield elasticities and presentations on
preliminary GTAP and emission factor model revisions.  The
documents can be found at the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Program
