Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) staff has released its Staff
Report on the San Diego Association of Governments’ Draft
Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS). The ARB staff report is
now available online, and will be presented to the Board at its
September 22, 2011 meeting.  This report describes the nature of
the review and staff conclusions about the greenhouse gas
reductions expected from the draft SCS for the San Diego region. 
The draft SCS was developed under the requirements of SB375. For
