The Energy Efficiency Assessment Reporting Form has been updated with minor changes to the Criteria Pollutants sheet. This form is being provided as guidance and for the convenience of those required to report. However, use of this form is voluntary and the form may be modified as needed. On July 22, 2010, the Air Resources Board (ARB) approved the Regulation for Energy Efficiency and Co-Benefits Assessment of Large Industrial Facilities. This regulation requires the largest industrial facilities in California to conduct an energy efficiency assessment of sources of greenhouse gases to determine the potential emissions reduction opportunities.
