vapor -- Amendment of Executive Orders VR-201-N and VR-202-N; Healy Phase II EVR System with and without ISD

ARB Executive Orders VR-201 and VR-202 (Healy Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery System) have been renewed for an additional four years. Executive Order VR-202 has also been amended to include a new thermal printer for the INCON ISD system and Veeder-Root ISD system wireless vapor flow meters. The Executive Orders, ARB Approved Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals, and Modification Highlights have been uploaded to the vapor recovery webpage at http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/eo-evrphaseII.htm
