ARB will conduct a public hearing on October 20, 2011, to consider adoption of the proposed AB 32 Mandatory Commercial Recycling regulation. Recycled materials can include, but are not limited to paper, plastics, glass, metals, cardboard, organics, food waste, and construction and demolition materials. The GHG emissions reductions goal for this measure is estimated to be 5 MMTCO2e.
