orspark -- Carl Moyer Off-Road Equipment Replacement Program Working Group

As part of the 2007 Carl Moyer Program Guideline revisions process, ARB is soliciting interested stakeholders to participate in an Off-Road Equipment Replacement Working Group. This working group will provide stakeholders with an opportunity to work closely with ARB staff in developing this new program. The working group normally meets once a month via teleconference. If you would like to participate or be added to the email list, please contact Dinh Quach at dquach@arb.ca.gov or Johanna Levine at jlevine@arb.ca.gov. Information on previous meetings can be found at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/guidelines/fleet_mod_work_groups.htm The ARB has not received any additional comments from the last Carl Moyer Off-Road Equipment Replacement Working Group meeting and does not have any new material to present at the scheduled July 24 meeting, therefore the meeting has been canceled. The next workgroup meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21. In the meantime, staff will still welcome comments and will work with interested parties as we develop some preliminary concepts to be presented for discussion at the August meeting.
