The Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day "Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Public Hearing to Consider Proposed Amendments to the California Consumer Products Regulation and the Aerosol Coatings Regulation. These documents and the associated "formal" regulatory materials can be accessed from our website at the address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/cpwg2006/cpwg2006.htm The modifications are open for public comment until July 24, 2007.
