arbcombo -- December 1 Public Workshop to Develop Reporting Format for SF6 Distributors

The Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to develop a format that will meet the reporting requirements for sulfur hexafluoride distributors as contained in Subarticle 3, Regulation for Reducing Sulfur Hexafluoride Emissions, sections 95340 to 95346, title 17, California Code of Regulations. These regulations were approved by the Board in early 2009 and can be viewed at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2009/nonsemi09/sf6fro.pdf At the workshop, ARB staff will present a brief overview of the reporting requirements as contained in the regulation. A draft format for meeting these requirements will then be presented for discussion. The draft format will also be made available prior to the meeting. Your input is requested at the meeting regarding the utility and effectiveness of this draft format.
