If you are looking to finance energy efficiency, cleaner processes, expansion or for other green improvements to your business NOW may be the time. The US Small Business Administration (SBA) is temporarily offering loan guarantees of up to 90% to encourage community banks to make loans to small businesses. Applications must be processed before DECEMBER 31, 2010.
