ARB has issued Advisory 419. This Advisory provides guidance to gasoline dispensing facilities with annual throughputs between 600,000 and 1.8 million gallons that have not installed In-Station Diagnostics (ISD) equipment by September 1, 2010, as required by the regulations. Advisory 419 has been uploaded to the vapor recovery webpage at http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/vapor.htm
