Lower-Emission School Bus Program Mail-Out #MSC 10-36 – Lower-Emission School Bus Program Mail-out - Fifth and Sixth Installment of Bond Funding - has been posted. Mail-Out #MSC 10-36 provides air districts and public school districts participating in the Lower-Emission School Bus Program (LESBP or Program) guidance regarding eligible expenditures with the last two installments of bond funding. Program deadlines described in Mail-out #MSC 10-24 and the program deadlines adjusted by Mail-out #MSC 10-11 apply.
