ARB staff has released its proposed regional greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for automobiles and light trucks pursuant to Senate Bill 375. The ARB staff report and its associated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Functional Equivalent Document are now available online for a 45-day public review period. These proposed targets will be considered by ARB at its September 23, 2010, meeting. The documents can be accessed through the following link: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/sb375/sb375.htm Written comments on the staff report and proposed targets must be received no later than 12:00 noon, September 22, 2010. Written comments specific to the CEQA Functional Equivalent Document must be received no later than 5:00 pm, September 22, 2010.
