Staff of the California Air Resources Board (ARB/Board) invites you to attend the fifth meeting of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Expert Workgroup. The LCFS regulation was approved by the Board at its hearing on April 23, 2009. At that hearing, the Board adopted Resolution 09-31, directing staff to convene an expert workgroup to assist the Board in refining and improving the land use and indirect effects analysis of transportation fuels.
