The Carl Moyer Program will be holding the 2nd public workgroup teleconference on July 29, 2010 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM to continue the discussion on the development of an off-road voucher program. The proposed off-road voucher program is intended to be a streamlined version of the current Off-Road Equipment Replacement Program in the Carl Moyer Program Guidelines.
